Yuzu Campari Soda

Difficulty: cocktails for idiots
Ingredients: Campari, SANSU Yuzu Sparkling Water ORIGINAL
Glass prep: highball glass or any glass tumbler. Fill ¾ with ice cubes
Method:
1. Add into glass 1 large shot (45ml) of Campari
2. Fill rest with SANSU Yuzu Sparkling Water ORIGINAL and stir
Yuzu Tom Collins
Description: sunset on a rooftop bar in the City. Captured in a glass
Difficulty: still easy
Ingredients: gin, SANSU Yuzu Sparkling Water + CUCUMBER, passion fruit juice, lime juice, *Angostura bitters (optional)
Glass prep: collins glass or any tall glass. Fill ¾ with ice cubes
Method:
1. Add into glass:
- 1 small shot (30ml) of gin
- 1 small shot (30ml) of passion fruit juice
- 15ml of lime juice
- Dash of Angostura bitters
2. Fill rest with SANSU Yuzu Sparkling Water + CUCUMBER and stir
St Ives Yuzu Mai Tai
Description: a tropical fling with Mr. Darcy on the English Riviera. A pain to get to. But worth it
Difficulty: your friends might be mildly amused. But it’s still easy
Ingredients: dark rum, Cointreau, amaretto, SANSU Yuzu Sparkling Water + CHERRY BLOSSOM, pineapple juice, lime juice
Glass prep: rocks glass or any whiskey tumbler. Fill ¼ with ice cubes. The finer the better
Other props: cocktail shaker, ¼ filled with ice
Method:
1. Add into shaker:
- 1 large shot (45ml) dark rum
- 1 small shot (30ml) of pineapple juice
- 15ml of Cointreau
- 15ml of amaretto
- 15ml of lime juice
2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and pour into glass
3. Fill rest with SANSU Yuzu Sparkling Water + CHERRY BLOSSOM and stir
4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves
