Their unique microclimate has nurtured yuzu orchards for centuries.

Yuzu trees grow on jagged coastlines where annual temperatures span from -10°C to 35°C.
Each tree takes seven years to mature and must endure spells of snow and frost. This harsh process thickens the oil rich rind, the source of yuzu's exceptional aroma.
